Shipping costs vary depending on the location you are shipping to. In case of orders over €190, shipping costs are free.

Shipping times:

The processing  takes place within 24 hours of placing the order.

The order is entrusted to the courier within 48 working hours.

 

Once an order has been placed it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. If the order has not yet been sent, you can correct or change the delivery address at any time:

Return of goods

If for some reason one or more bottles arrive damaged at your address, contact our customer care immediately at ecommermece.blowup@gmail.com  and explain the extent of the damage. Our operators will respond to you as quickly as possible. 

In the event of damaged goods, we may request the return of the bottle and the sending of a photo by email with a description of the damage in order to avoid similar inconveniences in the future.

In the case of wine you do not like and damaged goods, you must follow the following procedure to be refunded:

– send the refund request and the reason for it via email no later than 14 days after receiving the package

– no later than 14 days from the notification of the intention to return, send the goods you wish to return to the address:
